Commercial Property Associate

Our client, a successful boutique Firm situated in Chester is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join their vibrant team.

This Commercial Property Associate role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters; Acquisitions & Disposals, Property Finance & Development and Commercial Leases on behalf of Property Developers & Investors.

The successful Commercial Property Associate will have 5 Years PQE+ within Commercial Property. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and client care skills. We are happy to consider either a Solicitor, a Cilex or Filex qualified candidate for the role. Somebody with a following would be advantageous but not essential.

Our client deals with high end high net worth customers, ideally we would love somebody from the local area for this exciting opportunity.
