Commercial Property Lawyer

My client is a leading Law firm based in Central Lancashire, specialising in a variety of legal matters and are looking for a Commercial Property lawyer to join their expanding Property Department at their Preston office.

Within this Commercial Property Lawyer role, you will work with a Commercial Property Fee Earner assisting with plot sales/purchases and general with duties including, opening files and sending out initial letters, dealing with development work and general commercial property transactions whilst assisting with busy caseloads consisting of commercial property matters.

The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will have previous experience within commercial property handling purchases and sales from start to completion, be a high academic achiever and be able to multi-task and prioritise their workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable.

This role offers a Competitive salary annum dependant on previous Commercial Property experience.
