A boutique Employment law firm are looking for a senior Employment Solicitor to join their South Manchester offices for a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your primary duties as the Employment Solicitor will include:
- Dealing with high quality respondent work, 80% of which is contentious in nature;
- Encouraging the development of more junior team members through training and motivating; and
- Maintaining strong client relationships.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
The firm are keen to speak with fully qualified Employment Solicitor candidates who demonstrate:
- 5+ years of PQE; and
- Sound Employment law experience gained with a leading firm or in-house team.
Salary and benefits
In return for your hard work in this Employment Solicitor role you will be offered £50,000 - £65,000 per annum. The firm are strong on work/life balance and open to flexible working arrangements.
