PARALEGAL TO WORK IN PATENT ASSIGNMENTS.

For someone who can offer some experience using their paralegal skills in intellectual property, this is a rare opportunity to take on a bespoke fee earning role which offers the sort of responsibility rarely found in similar roles.
The paralegal who takes this role is joining a characteristically progressive and forward thinking IP boutique in Central London, and will be working largely on patent assignments, in a client facing role with a partner who likes to delegate.
The primary duties of the role will see the paralegal dealing with every aspect of the assignment process, ensuring that necessary legalisations are attended to, preparing and following up all relevant paperwork, and dealing with foreign agents, UKIPO and EPO.
