RTA Litigation Solicitor (2 Years PQE+)

Are you an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor who is seeking to take the next step in your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with an award winning and forward thinking law firm based in East Lancashire who are seeking to appoint an RTA Litigation Solicitor.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of RTA related matters from Instruction to Settlement. Your caseload will consist of various levels of complexity and cover claims within the MOJ Portal and also claims that have fallen out of the portal.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with experience of RTA. Litigation experience is essential as you will be working on a pre-existing caseload. Additionally, you will enjoy working in a target orientated environment and be comfortable working under minimal supervision.
