Conveyancing Assistant

The Firm i am representing is now looking to appoint an ambitious Conveyancing Assistant for their Residential Property team based at their Bolton branch.

The role requires a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to support a Conveyancing Fee Earner with progression of Residential Conveyancing transactions and assisting with caseloads as a whole using a case management system from inception to post completion.

The ideal Residential Conveyancing Assistant will have over 12 months Residential Conveyancing experience with the candidate being fully conversant with all Residential Conveyancing processes from opening files to all post completion working including drafting contracts, stamping and dealing with searches. Previous Case Management experience is preferable.

The Salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancing role is all dependant on experience.

Upon successful spell with the firm training contracts are on offer for the right candidates.
