Do you want to enjoy the high paying salaries of a US firm? Do you have a solid grounding and training in Private Equity as Corporate Lawyer?

You will join a team who are well placed in a relaxed US law firm who whilst work hard have an importance on work life balance encouraged and pushed throughout the team from the Partners. The team are extremely collaborative, and you will be expected to show the same approach to fitting in with the team, not simply being colleagues who are siloed into their own work. Having access to global leading work, you will accelerate your career and develop as a Corporate Lawyer within the private equity space.

Unlike most US law firms they are committed to building out their London office which they have grown by 65% in the past year. They not only compete with other US firms with a smaller presence but also large international firms that a have a strong presence in the London market. Hours are expectedly more than a city/west end firm however do not come close to reaching Magic Circle or White Shoe US firm hours and culture. A huge proportion of recruitment decisions are made on personality and team fit in order to protect the environment and open-door culture they have created in London.

I am keen to speak with Qualified Corporate Lawyers who;

• Are between 1 -3 years PQE (some flexibility on this)
• Is motivated by the team's success as much as they are about their own
• Have a stellar academic background and trained at a highly rated law firm
• Is ambitious and keen to get involved with clients from day one
