Personal Injury Solicitor EL/PL.
Our client, an industry leading law firm in Chelmsford, is looking to hire a Personal Injury Solicitor (2-10 years' PQE) who specialises in EL/PL claims.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a high quality caseload of predominately fast & multi-track EL/PL claims, but will also assist senior fee earners within the team on more complex and/or catastrophic claims.
Experience handling EL/PL claims is important, as well as the ability to manage both pre-litigated and litigated cases. Please note, although the role is for a defendant solicitor, applicants from a claimant background will also be considered.
