Our specialist Litigation law firm require a Knowledge Management & Compliance Administrator to join their KM & Compliance team on a permanent basis. The main duties for this role are managing the KM publications, subscriptions and logins, preparing and monitoring the annual budget for pubs & subs, assisting with the content management, maintenance and development of the firm’s intranet, formatting electronic know-how publications, preparing and monitoring the annual training budget and expenditure, booking external training courses and ensuring invoices are processed, coordinating and diarising in-house training and seminars, confirming to delegates and sending reminders to maximise attendance, creating hand-outs for internal training events as directed and filing training materials. Candidates should have a good attention to detail and be very proactive, a Prince 2 qualification will be desirable. The core hours for this role are 9:30AM – 5:30PM.
