Our client is a specialist Court of Protection practice with an excellent client base and reputation. This specialist law firm works in close partnership with another leading full service regional practice.

Your new role
Working very closely with an experienced and supportive team, you will deal with all aspects of Court of Protection work. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You will work very closely with clients and manage applications to the Court of Protection for a wide range of purposes. You will be based in either the Bristol, Swindon or Bath offices with regular travel between them.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience in Court of Protection or Personal Injury. You will be a people person and naturally be very positive with a genuine interest in the Court of Protection area.

You will have up to 5 years of post qualification experience within Court of Protection or an area which would support a transition to this specialist work, such as Personal Injury or perhaps Private Client.
