A UK based non-profit organisation is seeking a certified lawyer with experience in commercial and corporate law. The legal team and wider organisation is filled with people that really enjoy the difference they make, with varied projects that have cultural significance around the world and have positive repercussions in the UK.
The Role
- You will join a dynamic team specialising in international ventures and projects.
- This is a broad role with a commercial focus and, ideal for someone seeking to build their experience in the non-profit sector.
- You will work with the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Advisor to provide legal advice and guidance on new programmes and projects across all Strategic Business Units.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- 4-5 years’ PQE
- Commercial and corporate law experience
- Knowledge of international and cross-border transactions
Salary and Contract
- £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
- Contract basis, full time hours
