If you have experience of title checking Freehold, Leasehold, New build and Help to Buy work types, this could be the role for you. A fantastic opportunity for an xperienced Title Checker looking to join a Legal 500 leading firm in central Leeds has come up.
Duties in this Title Checker role will include, but not be limited to: Interpreting and reporting on the searches, assisting the conveyancing team and providing assistant with complex transactions, raising inquiries, preparing Property Reports, and assisting with Leasehold sales files.
