Personal Injury Solicitor / CILEX (EL/PL) - Birmingham.
A new Birmingham based instruction from a respected national practice for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in defending EL/PL claims.
Working on behalf of one of the firm's key client accounts you will defend complex EL and PL insurance claims concerning head and spinal injuries, and chronic pain injuries. The client works within niche markets so claims may concern, for example, sports related injuries.
This is a partner-led team and comprises of approximately 6 qualified lawyers ranging in experience and qualification. You will be expected to participate in business development and related networking activities, as well as delivering training and seminars to clients.
There is excellent career progression here for the right candidate and the firm is agile and forward thinking so quick to identify and reward strong performance, whether it be individual or strong team performance.
