Residential Conveyancers.
My client is a highly respected National firm, that treats it's employees well and has a very good track record for retaining and nurturing their staff.
Just to expansion, they are looking for a number of Conveyancers to join a close knit conveyancing team based in my client's Cardiff office, where the firm enjoys some good relationships with local and national estate agents and referrers, and works not just across the Cardiff market, but across the South West.
You should be a confident, proactive person who enjoys client contact and can put people at ease.
You will have the use of an excellent case management systems and you should be able to type your own documents if you have to.
What you can expect is a very welcoming team, a modern and spacious office environment, a highly competitive salary based on experience and a range of perks and benefits including car parking, childcare vouchers, pension scheme and much, much more.
You should be able to handle a caseload of upwards of 60+ files at any one time.
