An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the Corporate team of a medium-sized Wolverhampton firm with an excellent reputation for a high quality of work. The Paralegal will be offered a full-time, permanent contract and up to £25,000 per year.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your main responsibility as Paralegal will be to assist solicitors and partners in the team on:
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Joint venture and shareholder agreements;
- Appointment of directors;
- Competition law;
- Partnership advice;
- Due diligence;
- Insolvency issues; and
- Commercial agreements
Candidate profile
The successful Paralegal will have:
- 12 months of experience in a corporate team; and
- Strong academics.
