A successful regional firm with a good reputation in and around Coventry is looking for a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team for a full-time, permanent role paying up to £22,000 per year.
Responsibilities of your new role
The Paralegal will be involved predominantly with plot sales work in a dynamic and talented Commercial Property team. Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients;
- Drafting documents in relation to plot sale and purchase; and
- Assisting fee earners.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
The firm expects to hire a Paralegal who can demonstrate:
- At least 6 months experience within a commercial property team; and
- Sound knowledge of commercial property law.
Salary and prospects
