This award winning, independent investment management firm is seeking an In-House General Counsel to lead their Legal team through the next stage of their development.
Specialists in Renewable Energy Infrastructure, this fund invests in sustainable real assets, including renewable power, heat and other clean infrastructure.
As sole General Counsel you will take on this role with curiosity and pro-activity. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks including assisting in fund raising for upcoming projects, sale and purchase transactions, legal training, day-to-day commercial and legal matters and, as the company continues to expand geographically, you will develop new legal structures to support this.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years PQE;
- Proven experience in either Corporate, Private Equity and/or Funds;
- A deep understanding of corporate transactions and corporate governance;
- A keen interest in renewable energy infrastructure.
