Salary Guide: £60,000 - £90,000

A rare opportunity for an IP Counsel to join a leading FTSE Company. Reporting into the Head of Legal and Commercial Director you will be assisting in matters relating to the development, protection and commercialisation of Intellectual Property Rights.

This role will have primary responsibility for the development and operation of their licensing schemes and management of their trade mark portfolio. This includes ensuring the licensing schemes are being run in accordance with Commercial and IP strategy, maintenance of trade mark registrations and protection of their portfolio of Global Best Practice brands.

With a commercial and delivery background as well as experience in intellectual property licensing and protection you will work as part of the Legal team and support the company with its development and growth strategies. You will need an excellent understanding of and ability to interpret intellectual property law, knowledge of UK, EU and overseas trade mark and copyright law and experience of licensing IP assets.
