Key responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and amend all contracts
  • Provide legal advice to the business on all commercial matters
  • Assist with all compliance matters
  • Advise on all Corporate Governance matters
  • Work on ad-hoc projects

Key requirements:

  • Must be 4+ PQE
  • Must be legally trained in UK, US or Australia
  • Must have trained with a top international law firm
  • Must have extensive oil & gas services experience
  • Must have experience working with Energy commercial contracts (service/supply agreements, procurement contracts)
  • Must have worked at a leading International or National Oil Company
  • Ideally be an Arabic speaker (but not essential)
