Residential Conveyancer.
My client is an award winning firm with a national profile and who have a focus on conveyancing. Their model is very successful and there is now an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join.
Managing your own caseload of 60-70 files you will handle a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.
Progression is definitely available so this is not just a job it should be viewed as a career move.
This is a fast pace working environment handling panel work and you should be someone who can use case management systems and also be very client focused.
You will not need to qualified for this role - you can be an experienced paralegal or legal executive who is capable of managing a caseload of this size.
Attributes wise you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be a team player and look forward to a challenging and rewarding role.
