Due to expansion within the residential property department, this prestigious law firm are looking to add an experienced conveyancer to its team. Here you will be responsible for running a caseload of clients that include:

• Sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgaging
• Shared ownerships
• Equity release schemes
• Transfer of equity

Limited business development will be required within this role as business comes through referrals and repeated clients due to the high quality service they provide. 
 
To be successful in this role you must: 

• Have previous experience in all aspects of sales and purchase from instruction to completion 
• 1-3 years' PQE 
• Have experience with running your own caseload.

Based a short distance from the train station the office it situated in the perfect location, if you prefer to drive to work there is also free car parking near the office.
