Residential Property Lawyer - Cirencester
THE FIRM
Established law firm based in Cirencester primarily covering the Cotswolds, London and the South West with a range of clients in the British Isles and abroad.
The firm pride themselves on providing a reliable, efficient residential property service with a personal touch to a wide range of clients and close links to many local and national firms of chartered surveyors, estate agents and financial advisors.
Its focus is on creating happy long-term relationships with its clients!
THE OPPORTUNITY
Working in a small yet experienced team you will be providing residential property services to clients across the UK. You will be managing and progressing a varied caseload, to include; sale and purchase, shared ownership, Help to Buy and New Build property.
You will build a strong relationship with clients and take pride in offering a friendly, client-focused and highly efficient legal service.
REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally you'll have attained 1-3 years post qualified experience
* Have a good working knowledge of all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential transactions;
* You'll be able to manage a busy and varied caseload efficiently and cost effectively with minimal supervision;
* Have the ability to develop effective working relationships;
* You'll be ambitious and willing to learn new skills;
* Have excellent written communication and attention to detail;
* Enjoy a friendly working environment, be able to assist and offer support to partners and senior lawyers;
