We are now tasked with a seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Property Lawyer on a permanent basis to join a CQS accredited and fast-expanding firm. With the skills and expertise to confidently manage your own caseload, the successful candidate will advise on a range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload
• Landlord and tenant
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Enfranchisement law
• Lease granting and renewals
• Development
• Planning matters

The Candidate

• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE in commercial property
• The ability to confidently manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision is essential
• Ideally, you will be able to provide first-class customer care
• It is necessary to prove laterally thinking and approaching issues creatively and collaboratively
