What you will need to succeed

You will have knowledge of the conveyancing processes, as well as: issuing sales contracts that are registered and unregistered, dealing with sale enquiries, raising relevant enquiries or requisitions, undertaking exchanges of contracts under all conditions and being able to advise and interpret. You will have great people skills and be able to deal with a variety of clients and other lawyers. This is a great opportunity to make use of a fantastic training scheme and further your career.
