Our client is a financial software and managed services company based in central London with an international office network. The firm is on a steep growth curve and as things have become busier they are now looking to hire a IT Contracts Manager to assist Legal Counsel (based in New York) with a range of legal duties. In particular, the team are looking for somebody with a proven track-record dealing with technology / software licensing and general commercial contracts. You must have at least 3 years relevant experience working in-house for a comprable software and IT solutions business. Our client is looking to hire on a permanent basis.
