Our client, one of the largest global professional services organisations at the very forefront of their field, is looking for a Solicitor with restructuring and/ or general corporate experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role:
- Working side by side with colleagues across the firm you will be responsible for designing your own (global) service offering with the support of a junior team
- Benefiting from pre-existing client relationships
- Advising clients on broad and complex legal matters and supporting them on critical decisions
- Playing a leading role in the long-term success and strategic objectives of the business
