Our client is a leading East Midlands practice with a number of office across the area. They are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Northamptonshire team. With a great reputation for being one of the biggest and best residential conveyancing team in the area this is an excellent opportunity.
The residential conveyancing team deal with a wide variety of matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. As a member of this busy team you will be assisting senior team members and fee earners dealing directly with a wide range of clients, estate agents and lenders.
The successful candidate will have 12 months experience as a paralegal in a busy residential conveyancing department. You will have also have excellent IT skills including word, outlook and case management systems.
