Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

This established law firm in Northants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team based at their office in Wellingborough.

You will have already gained at least 12 months experience of working in a residential conveyancing role with a law firm.  You will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader and Senior Paralegal with residential matters, dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. You will work with a case management system creating and amending property related documentation; dealing with ordering property searches; produce correspondence; diary management; filing and post completion matters.
