In particular, their banking & finance practice has gone from strength to strength in recent years, advising an active client base on a diverse spectrum of British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands finance law related issues.

As a result of their success, a particular need has arisen for a lawyer that has a strong background in some or all of leveraged and acquisition finance, asset finance, fund finance and structured lending. Applicants should possess in the region of 4-7 years post qualification experience (more senior lawyers will be considered) in general banking from a leading onshore or offshore firm and be admitted to practice in either England and Wales and/or the BVI.  Solid legal knowledge of financing and security documentation, structures and laws is required.  Ambitious, hard-working and a good team player with a willingness to participate in business development activities and take responsibility for transactions and deal teams, it is essential that candidates have excellent written and oral communication skills.
