Banking & Finance Associate - Elite Global Firm (Hong Kong)

Elite global law firms seeks additional talented banking & finance associates for its Tier 1 Hong Kong practice, which sees them advising corporates, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and hedge funds on a range of acquisition finance, syndicated lending and restructuring transactions.

The ideal applicant will possess a superb academic pedigree and have between 2-4 years PQE (common law qualified) gained with a top-flight international law firm. With experience in restructuring and/or general banking as well as mainstream syndicated lending, including leveraged finance, candidates will be technically strong with the ability and tenacity to take on immediate responsibility.

The work on offer is complex and often bespoke and will see the incumbent(s) working at the very cutting edge of the market, alongside a host of directory rated partners.  Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred but not essential while all candidates will be committed to building a long-term career in Hong Kong, within what is a close knit, collegiate team environment.
