Head of Legal, Asset Management, 10+

A senior level opportunity has arisen in this exciting growth business, which will see you assisting in the expansion of the business and managing an existing team of lawyers and paralegals.   

Reporting in to the ExCo, you will provide legal and regulatory advice concerning the growth of the business, both in the UK and the US.  You will also lead FCA relations and be CF10/11 registered (or able to take on this responsibility).

Proven experience managing a team of lawyers is essential, as is investment/funds experience preferably gained at a leading law firm or reputable asset management company. You must have extensive knowledge of offshore funds and a good understanding of a wide variety of investment fund vehicles.
