Corporate Partner, North Yorkshire

Anakin Seal are recruiting for a Corporate Partner to assist in the further development of our Client's corporate offering in North Yorkshire.

You will be technically excellent, with extensive experience acting and advising in relation to the full spectrum of transactional and corporate advisory work, including shareholder agreements, articles of association, share incentive schemes and general corporate governance issues.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of acting for clients with an annual turnover of £5million up to £50million.

The role is likely to suit a current Corporate Partner or Senior Associate rwady for progression.
