Anakin Seal are recruiting for a number of experienced Collections Agents to join leading debt recovery firm in Leeds.
Location: Leeds
Department: Collections
Hours: 35 hours (full time)
Collections opening hours:
Monday 8am to 8pm
Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm
Flexibility may be required according to workloads
Salary: £17,500
You will be responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence from debtors on behalf of a number of the firms client's.
You will be responsible for handling difficult and sensitive customer calls, negotiating payment arrangements, using an automated dialling system, liaising with the firms litigation team, updating debtors on the status of their account, complying with client and regulatory requirements; and more.
It is essential that you have experience in a fast paced collections role and have experience of working with an outbound dialler.
You will be self motivated and target driven, be able to prioritise your workload and have excellent negotiation and communication skills and have an outstanding telephone manner.
