This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential Property Lawyer to join this leading firm in Cirencester. They offer great training & development opportunities, and are a thriving, ambitious team who want to grow their business. This firm also has access to free parking!

About you

You will be managing a busy and varied caseload, therefore you will have a wide range of knowledge on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential transactions; experience of high-net worth files would be advantageous. You will have the ability to maintain and develop good relationships with clients and support senior lawyers and partners and run your own caseload without supervision. You should have first rate communication skills, commercial awareness and the initiative to work alone as well as be a team player. You will ideally have gained one year's post qualification experience, however this is only a guide and licensed conveyancers, CILEx and experienced paralegals are encouraged to apply.
