A traditional mid-sized law firm based in East Birmingham is currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department on a part time basis (3 days a week).
The Role
- The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be required to run their own files from instruction through to post completion (minimal supervision).
- They will hit the ground running, and be expected to run around 50 files.
- This is a relaxed, supportive atmosphere in which the candidate will thrive.
Fee Earner Requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE
- Solid Conveyancing experience
- Able to handle own caseload with minimal supervision
