Great opportunity for a lawyer to join a busy and highly rated Corporate and Commercial team handling a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial matters.
You will deal with a wide variety of clients, including owner managed businesses, corporate and international businesses and will provide advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from corporate matters, joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and constitutional and shareholder issues as well as commercial contracts.
