Senior IT Support Analyst

We are working with a UK law firm based in the heart of the City. The firm are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst. The role of the Senior Support Analyst is to provide second and third line support for all staff at the firm and where applicable, its clients. You will be responsible for managing the support desk, all of the support analysts and providing direct support and assistance to the Head of IT.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in a similar role, an understanding of IT network infrastructure including servers, SAN’s, switches, firewalls, routers, etc, a good understanding of IT best practice including ITIL methodologies and PRINCE2 and an understanding of VOIP telephone.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, a willingness to work flexibility and with enthusiasm and a positive and proactive approach to your work.
