Real Estate Lawyer Needed - Boutique Law Firm

REAL ESTATE LAWYER NEEDED - PART TIME REMOTE WORKING - BOUTIQUE LAW FIRM - STARTUPS

We are working exclusively with a boutique law firm who specialise in working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and scale ups. They are looking for a Commercial Property lawyer to join their legal team on a part-time basis for circa 10 hours of work per week. This can be mostly remote working / working from home, although you may need to attend client meetings as necessary and have the option of going into the office if preferred.

The firm works closely with exciting and dynamic businesses, with many of their clients falling into the technology sector. They reflect that in their culture, with open plan offices, relaxed wear and no strict hierarchy.

The team is looking to hire someone with circa 5 PQE with Real Estate experience to support a peak in workflow. This role could start immediately and is a very flexible arrangement paid via an hourly rate.

The successful candidate will have trained in the UK and qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales and have a strong Real Estate background. This experience will have been gained at a top UK or International law firm, but candidates with relevant in-house experience will also be considered. You must have excellent technical skills, be a team player and a self-starter.
