Military Claims Solicitor (4 years’ or more PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, senior lawyer to join our Military team. The team represents current and former members of our armed forces in personal injury and medical negligence litigation, primarily against the Ministry of Defence.

All our lawyers provide a high quality service and are serious about developing their careers with us.  They handle complex and challenging multi track claims, commensurate with experience.

You will be an enthusiastic solicitor with around 4 years’ or more  PQE and have experience of litigating personal injury as well as clinical negligence claims. You do not need to have previous military experience to apply.

For this position you will be hard working, energetic and sociable, with excellent IT, administrative and research skills. You must also demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the firm.
