Qualified Banking Lawyer
We are working with a top 20 global banking institution based in Bahrain who are looking for a junior-mid level banking and finance lawyer to join its busy team.
They are looking for a junior to mid-level Arabic speaking lawyer
Responsibilities include:
Advising, drafting, managing, negotiating, structured and secured/unsecured transactions across the spectrum of banking, finance and capital markets products including Capital Markets (DCM and ECM), Loan Syndications, Project and Infrastructure Finance / Bonds, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, M&A, Private Equity, Funds, Trade Finance, Securitisation, Asset Finance, Structured Products, Real Estate, Fixed Income, Islamic Finance, Distressed Debt, Restructuring, Cash and Wealth Management/Margin Lending.
Ideally you will have trained with an international law firm and have Arabic language skills which are mandatory.
