Locum Childcare Lawyer - Homeworking!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Locum Childcare Lawyer within a busy Local Authority based in the idyllic location of Norfolk. The client is able to offer a contract with long duration, alongside the flexibility of homeworking up to 2 days per week, around court hearings and the needs of the organisation.
The right candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current Practising Certificate. The client will consider candidates who have experience handling Childcare or Family Law in either Private Practice or the Public Sector. Experience performing your own advocacy is essential.

Your daily duties will include:

• Managing a full caseload of 15+ care cases
• Dealing with all pre proceedings
• Performing own advocacy at County Court and Family Proceedings Court

An attractive hourly rate of £35-45 per hour is offered, dependant on experience.
