Corporate TMT Associate (2-4 PQE) – Global Firm, Singapore

Global law firm seeks a talented Associate with between 2-4yrs post qualified experience to join their expanding Asia TMT team based in Singapore, where they advise technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) clients (and non-technology clients) on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including M&A and joint ventures across the Asia-Pacific region. 

To be considered, applicants will be qualified in Singapore/UK/Australia & New Zealand and employed within a recognised TMT practice. Bright and motivated the successful candidate will be confident drafting and reviewing documentation, demonstrating familiarity with precedents and market standards. Ambitious, hard-working and a good team player with a willingness to participate in business development activities and take responsibility for transactions, it is also essential that candidates have excellent written and oral communication skills.
