Commercial Solicitor -This Chambers ranked, regional heavyweight firm have asked us to find them a further 4 pqe+ commercial solicitor to join their close knit team at their Kent office.
You will need to have a solid track record in dealing with a wide range of contractual, commercial and trading issues for a variety of clients. These will include agency; manufacturing; franchise; e-commerce; collaboration and distribution & supply agreements, as well as terms of business and software licenses. Any exposure to IT, IP or data protection would be advantageous but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team who is led by an expert in the corporate field. Preferably from a recognised regional commercial practice or a medium to large sized London firm you will be expected to assist in marketing, business development and the general promoting of the firm within the community.
