The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Associate into their Cambridge office.
You will work in the highly-regarded Employment team, working with a diverse client base. Your caseload will consist of a mixture of employment matters mainly on the respondent side.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE)
• You will have a good billings history and proven experience in business development
• You will have excellent attention to detail
• You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
