Property Finance Paralegal – Milton Keynes

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate/Property Finance Paralegal to join a dynamic and driven team based in Milton Keynes. The successful Paralegal will have a hands-on role and manage their own client files covering a diverse range of matters including freehold/leasehold acquisitions/refinances and portfolios mainly for banking clients. The role will cover all aspects of real estate matters including, leases, tenancies, deeds of variations, subordination deeds, deeds or priority and personal and corporate guarantees to name a few. You will assist with processes from inception to completion by drafting correspondence, legal documentation and completion statements, leasing with clients and assisting senior fee earners in complex matters. This is a fast paced role where attention to detail and ability to prioritise your own workload is very important.

The candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar position ideally within a busy real estate department is essential.
• Commercial and financial awareness is essential
• Professional Legal Qualification (CILEX or Law Degree) is essential
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload are essential
• A working knowledge of a variety of general commercial property experience including banking and finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
