Housing Paralegal

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading Sheffield based law firm for a paralegal to join their housing law team in their City Centre based office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an applicant with exposure to providing advice regarding housing law.

The role will involve proving advice and representation to publicly and privately funded clients and assist more senior fee earners with more complex caseloads as well as handling a caseload of your own.

Responsibilities will include;

- Dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries

- Providing written advice to the client

- Producing documents, instructions and obtaining reports

- Negotiating settlements

- Attending Court hearings and conducting advocacy where appropriate

The firm are ideally seeking applications from those with relevant experience in working in housing law, either in private practice or public sector.
