This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top ranking commercial law firm in the heart Nottingham city centre. The firm's client base spans across a variety of sectors including commercial, public, health, and insurance sectors. The successful Corporate Solicitor can expect a quality caseload of corporate
finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, and will be expected to draft standard corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders agreements, and SPAs.
Candidates from NQ level to 4 years' PQE will be considered. Those at NQ level must have undertaken a full seat in Corporate. You will have outstanding technical skills and meticulous attention to detail. A flair for business development is highly desirable in a candidate, as well as a strong academic record.
