Role and Responsibilities

The Litigation Legal Secretary will perform the following duties:

  • Typing to dictation
  • Producing legal documents
  • Making appointments and managing diaries
  • Handling confidential information and keeping records
  • Dealing with clients
  • Filing and general administrative work
  • Select accounting tasks

Candidate Requirements

  • Accurate typing speed
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Confident proof reading ability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work well individually and as part of a team
