Data Protection Commercial Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a full service national law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join an outstanding team based in their Bristol office to work with a range of SME companies.

You will have the opportunity to advise clients on a range of commercial contracts from supply and services agreements to licensing arrangements.

In addition you will also advise a mix of education clients from independent schools to universities assisting their procurement specialists on contracts which are subject to the Public Contracts Regulations.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be a commercial lawyer 2-5PQE with a strong academic background from a top regional or a well-regarded national firm.

You will have the ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts across a range of sectors and contract types.

Any knowledge of drafting and negotiating IT contracts or data protection would be a distinct advantage.
