Are you a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Residential Conveyancing, looking for your next opportunity in Durham? If so, we have a fantastic new role at County Durham's leading law firm who have won various awards over the years and are ever growing. They are on the lookout for a highly skilled fee earner with a wealth of Residential Conveyancing knowledge, who can hit the ground running in their busy Durham office.

Joining this forward thinking firm as a Conveyancing Legal Executive, you'd be taking on a really varied caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold purchases, new build properties and purchases through the Help to Buy Scheme. Although you will be taking on an existing caseload, it is hoped that the candidate would further develop and increase the amount of work coming into the department, and be confident handling business development.

The ideal individual would be a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives or a CLC qualified fee earner, and must be experienced in handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload. It is also essential that you would be pro-active in terms of managing your workload and able to use case management systems with ease. Strong communication skills are also a necessity, as so much of your day would be dealing with clients and third parties.
